NEW MUSIC HALL SYNDICATE.
LONDON, Ootober 26. Mr Joseph Lyons, of the Lyons' tea shops, has been appointed president of a new syndicate with un limited capital to establish music balls on new lines, with winter gardens. The sobeme appeals specially to middle class women and children.
