GREAT LOSS OF HUE. Received Ootober 23, 8.50 a.m. MEXICO, October 22. The voloauo Chiloo, in Mexico, emitted sulphur and water, whioh inundated the township of Panohinaloo, killing the majority of the inhabitants. One hundred were also drowned at Ooatepec.
