STANDARD OIL COMPANY INDICTED.
Beceived October 19, 7.49 p.m. NEW YORK, October 18. The Federal Grand Jury at Jackson (Tennessee) has indieted the Standard Oil Company in Indiana, a subsidiary company of the Oil Trust, for fifteen hundred and twenty-four offences relating to favouritism in railway rates. The penalties are enormous.
