Received Ootober 19, 8.50 a.m. BERLIN, Ootober 18. The Kopeniob hoaxer has been ideutifled as a clever swindler, who has already undergone years of imprisonment. Received Ootober 19, 9.40 p.m. BERLIN, October 19. The name of the Kopeniob robber is Adolf Milnor, who was born in America of German parentage. (A mau wearing a captain's uniform bearing and a forged military order, it will be remembered, meS a corporal and eleven Guardsmen marobing to Berlin with documents. He induced them to follow him to the Town Hall at Kopeniob, eight miles away, where he arrested the Mayor and took four thousand marks from the safe.
