PINHEY BROS. LIVERY STABLES.
Ever sinoe Messrs Pinbey Bros, started their livery stables in Masterton they have endeavoured to keep paoe with the growth of the to ad in a decidedly business like and creditable manner. Although the firm commenced operations in a modest way, they were determined to make progress on the right lines, and the fact that their efforts have been successful is evidenced by the extensive business connection they now possess in .both town and country. From time to time the stables have been enlarged and improved until they now have a frontage of 83 feet with a depth of uo less than 180 feet. During the last week or two the stables have been partially dosed to the publio in order to allow an up-fo-date system of drainage to be installed. The double entrance to the stables is admitted by patrons to be a great convenience, while the stabling accommodation is sufficient to cope with the busiest of days. Every attention is paid to horses left for stabling, the stook of fodder is large, and In addition there is good paddocking. In tfee matter of cabs the Ann have no less than five, of which three are for town and train use and the others are always ready for private hire. The stables are connected with the telephone exchange, and a system of electric bells, so that the public can be assured of always receiving prompt and effioient attention,
