STANDARD OIL COMPANY.
Received Ootober 14, 4.35 p.m. NEW YORK, October 13. The trial in connection with the Standard Oil Company is proceeding. Mr Cuthbart, President of the Manhattan Oil Company, which, is a subsidiary concern of the Standard Oil Company, testifying under a promise from the Coarfc of immunity from prosecution, declared that the general industrial derelopment of the oompany was limited. Tfcie company was an English one. He had not ssen anybody connected with the industrial cbmpany hut had remitted them money.
