Received Ootober 14, 4.35 p.m. NEW YORK, October 13. The trial in connection with the Standard Oil Company is proceeding. Mr Cuthbart, President of the Manhattan Oil Company, which, is a subsidiary concern of the Standard Oil Company, testifying under a promise from the Coarfc of immunity from prosecution, declared that the general industrial derelopment of the oompany was limited.
