QUOITS.
OPAKI v. MfcNGATAINOKA. A matoh was played, yesterday afternoon, on the Carlton Quoits Club's ground between the Opalri and .Mancatainoka teams, for the Challenge Shield. The result was a win for the Opaki team by 65 points. The visitors were entertained at dinner and tea by the Opaki Club, at Mr J. O'Meara's Occidental Hotel. Mr Barrel!, oaptain of the visitors, thanked the Opaki Club for their hospitality. Mr Nicholson, oaptain of the Opaki. team, and Mr T. Wyeth, President of the Opaki Club, responded. A voto of thanks was passed to the Carlton Club and to Messrs Dalgety and Company for the use of the ground. The following are the scores:— ' ✓
