KOPUARANGA.
A concert was given in the Hall last evening by the Dramatic Club, in aid of the building fund of the looal churob, which is being enlarged. Great credit is due to tb« Olub whioh spared neither time nor troable to make the function a success. A lengthy programme of ohoruses, songi, and dialogues was given. An excellent supper was provided by the ladies. Mr Bruae, on behalf of the Ohurob, thanked the Olub for giving the concert. Mr Johnston. suitably responded. A dance was then held. A bridge on the main road is badly in need of repair. About 200 gallons of milk are being supplied daily to the Dairy Onion creamery. The tests average 3.6. The lambing season, which is now over, has been one of the beat experienced for years past. A lad, driving the Mauriceville baker's cart had rather an unpleas ant experience yesterday. His horse fell down in a fit and could not continue the round. Another noree was lent bj a resident, and the lad was able to complete the round.
