EXTENSION OF BUSINESS.
The prosperity of the town of Masterton and district is evidouced by the rapid growth anu extension of business firms. This la particularly noticeable with Mr W. Churman, who has of recent years been actively engaged in the business of general storekeeper iu Quoen Street South At the request of patrons, Mr Cbarmau has decided to upen a drapery business in the shop recently occupied by the London Warehouse Conipauy. Customers are promised good , value for their money, and to mark the opening all Roods are to be offered at cargain prices. Mr Chnrman lias sceurod the services of Mr Webb, who was connected with the firm of H. A. Wheloh for some years. Mr Webb's practical knowledge aud long experience will be a guarantee that the drapery department will be conducted on up-to-date lines, and customers may rely ou every attention being paid to their requirements. In an inset, circulated with this issue, it will be seen that the new department will be opened to-morrow. A few special lines, which are worthy of inspection, are quoted. j
