AUCKLAND, September 21
A fatal accident occurred on the railway works at Raurinui, on Saturday. A drive wrjfi being rnado through a hill, two parties working from tho opposite onriH. The drive hues proceeded almost to the centre, and ono of the parties put in a charge of dynamite. Tho explosion broke throng!) the dividing wall of earth, and Tbomaß Henry Nicoll, aged 35, who was on tne op posito side, was killed. He was a single man.
