THE ATTACK ON THE PREMIER.
Received September 24, 8.25 a.m. BT. PETERSBURG, Sept. 22. Twelve further arrests have been made at St. Petersburg in connection with the recent attempt on the life of M. Stclypin. All the persons arrested admitted their guilt, including some Jews who headed the organisation.
Reoeived September 21,.9.59 p.m. ST. PEIERSBURG, Sept. 24. The Moscow police have forbidden the workmen to elect representatives to the Duma,' alleging that the Council of Workmen's Delegates is a revolutionary organisation.
