ILL-TREATMENT OF GERMAN SOLDIERS.
A CORPORAL PUNISHED. Reoeived September 13, 8.3 a.m. BERLIN, September 12. Corporal Klottman, of the 69th Regiment, has been sen*enced to imprisonment for a year and degradation for cruelly beating soldiers. The corporal compelled them to crawl on lines over rough stones untiil they bled, and to scrub floors with tooth brushes.
