MR AUSTEN CHAMBERLAIN'S WEDDING.

The World says that immense orowds assembled to witneaß the marriage of Mr Aueten Chamberlain, and Miss Ivy Dundee at St. Margaret's, Westminister, on Saturday, Jly 20tn. the number of spectators being even.more that at the wedding of the great heiress Lady Mary Haraiton and the Marquis of Graham. The bride wore a wedding dress of white satin veiled with tulle, and embroidered in diamante rodettes of tulle, and a oourt train of white brocade. A net veil covered her wreath of orange blossoms, and she carried a bouquet of white roses and lies of the valley. There were eight bridesmaids and two train-bearers. Thde bridesmaids wore white muslin skirts pain'tad in a design of ia France roseß. OvW these they wore Directoire silk coats of different shades, two being in pink, two in mauve, two in blue, and two in green. Each wore a three-cornered hat to match her •coat, and carried a tall Directoire staff mounted with the bridegroom's .name in silver, and adorned pith a trail of rambler roses tied with sliver, tissue. In oomplimeu to the bride, sprays of. ivy were largely brown, the brideraoom seeing he example. Twelve hundred gneßS were invited to the wedding, the reception held by Mrs Dundas after the ceremony a Queen Anne Mansions taking the form of a garden party. Mauve ailk, effectually arranged with white, and a hat and a parasol to match, formed the bride's travelling dress. The bridegroom's gift to the bride was a diamond tiara. Tug King lent a silver inkstand to the bridegroom, and the Queen a diamond and turquoise pin to the bride.
