Count Strogonoff offers to sell the whole of his family estates in Perm, in Easfceru Russia, comprising 2,500,000 acres, to the Peasant Bank, which is buying largely from the nobles at an average of 48 roubles per aore, although peasants buying direct Day 42 roubles. Since November the bank has bought 5,000,000 acres of private estates, and helped 93,163 peasants to \ purchase 800,000 acres by loans amounting to £5,000,000 sterling. ANOTHER BANK ROBBED. Received September 12, 8.40 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 11. A baud of armed ruffians in broad daylight, and in view of 3 number of persons, robbea a bank at Bgelajuzerboff of eighty thousand roubles. A JEWISH GIRL SENTENCED. Received September 12, 9.30 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 11. A Jewish girl, named Sbakermann, has keen sentenced to be hanged ! for having thrown a bomb, which did no harm, at s jjoliceman who took part in the Jewish massacre at Odessa. STRINGENT MEASURES AT WARSAW. Received September 12, 10.1 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, Sept. 12. Desperate rioting has taken place at Kamishin, in the Government of Saratov, owing to the mcb attempting to release a, popular leader. The troops fired a volley, killing scores of people.
