OPAKI RIFLE CLUB.

The Opaki Rifle Club opened their season's shooting on the Opaki Range, yeater.day, about 30 members taking part in the shooting. The captain and several members of the Fail-view Rifle Club were also present. The ranges were 10 shots at 200 yards and 7 shots al 500, and although a strong left wind blow across the range, some very good scores were registered. Several new members have recently been enrolled, amongst whom are some \ery promising shots, who should he heard of in the future. The membership of the Club now exoeedu that of any other Rifle Club in the colony, antf as every member takes a very keen interest in lifle shooting it is anticipated that the Club will mote than maintain its present high reputation.
