RATING ON UNIMPROVED VALUE
RESULT OF LAST SATURDAY'S POLL. Appended are the details of the poll taken at various plaoes in the Masterton County last Saturday on the proposal to adopt the system of rating on the unimproved value within the County. Altogether 219 ratepayers voted, and 491 votes were recorded. Tbe proposal was lost by two votes. Only three informal i votes were recorded, aad these were lat the Masterton County office.
