WELLINGTON, August 26. The Wellington and Wairarapa Hookey representatives met at Day's Bay, Wellington, on Saturday, Wellington winning by 8 goals to nil. The play of She visitors compared very poorly with that of the home team, whose combination was excellent. The Wellington Indies beat the Marlborough ladles by i goals to nil and another team of ladies beat Wairarapa ladies (senior) by 2 goals to nil. (The result of the Wairarapa- Wellington ladies' junior match has not been telegraphed through).
