FROZEN MEAT CONDEMNED.
Received August 24, 11.39 p.m. VLADIVOSTOCK, August 24. A large park of the Maori King's frozen meat has been condemned by# the health officers at Vladivostock. Tbe consignees alleged that the meat waa damaged from a breakdown of the refrigerating machinery.
