TWO TOWNS CAPIURED BY THE REBELS.

Received August 24, 10.8 p.m. HAVANA, August 24. Guerra has captured San Juan and Martinez and threatens to destroy the western railroad, which belongs to a British company. He says he will blow up the bridges if the company couveya President Palma's troops.
