CONGO FREE STATE.
Received August 22, 9.52 p.m. LOiNDON, August 22. Forty Congd missionaries now in England have appealed to Sir Edward Grey to oonsider the advisability of immediately assuming consular 'jurisdiction in the Congo Free State in'order to protect Britishers.
