ANNUAL REPORT.
The following ia the annual report of the directors of the Maburi Co-operative Dairy- Company, Limited, to be presented to the meeting of shareholders to be held in the Town Hall, Masuri, on , August 29tn:—■ In submitting their Fourth Annual Report and Balanoe-sheet, your directors have much pleasure in coogratulating shareholder on the improvement disclosed in the position of the company. The supS*;. ply of milk has been disappointing, there being a considerable decrease as compared with last year. The Directors wish to strongly urge upon Shareholders and Settlers the imperative necessity of an increased Bupply of milk if the institution is to become a thoroughly sound and progressive concern. Tne decrease in supply in the present year has been at Ooonoor and Makuri, Mangatiti holding its own and Rakanui showing an increase. At each station a very muobi larger supply could be dealt with without increasing expenses. Oar batter has been of good quality throughout the season, and buyers speak highly of it as a firstclass product. For the approaching season proapeots appear very pronrsing as regards prices, a shortage on the Home Markets being anticipated. \ Messrs Bolton acd Isles, retire from ■ the Board by rotation, and are elig- "' ibie for re-election. You will also be required to appoint an Auditor.
