Deakin have resulted in a complete agreement witd respect to the reciprocal tariff and preference arrangement, and ratifies the conferences between Ithe late Mr Seddon and the Hon. A. Deakin and Sir William Lyne. The agreement wi'.l be laid onthe r table of the Houses of both countries simultaneously on August 28th.
