Received August 20, 10.25 p.m. ' OTTAWA, August'2o. The Election Commission has un seated the Hon. W. S. Fielding, on account of bribery hy the latt6r's agents. The personal [charges brought against Mr Fielding and the demand for disqualification for seven years were withdrawn.
