HOME RULE.
MR JOHN DILLON'S VIEWS.
Reoeived August 17, 8.43 a.m. LONDON, August 16. Mr John Dillon, Nationalist member for East Mayo, at a meeting at Ballaghmernaoh, declared that the only system of Home Rule whioh would £be satisfactory to liishmen must give control on the lines adopted in the Transvaal. He trusted that the Government would carry out Sir Antony xMacdonnell's promise next session.
