Attention is drawn to an advertisement which appears on page 6, in regard to "the cheapest land about Mascorton." The Rautawhiri Township, situated on the Upper Plain, is within easy reach of Mastertou, while a number of conveniences are available, practically in the township itself, such as a [school, store, telephone and post otljce, while there is a letter delivery every day. The land is being offered at a remarkably cheap price in order to Becure a prompt sale, and there is, no doubt, that as a sound investment; Rautawhiri is to be recommended. The Upper Plain is certainly the healthiest part of Mastertou, and for the property under ""notice no fictitious value is being asked. As the locality is just outside the Borough there are, of course, no borough rates to pay, and those desiring a suburban home at a very moderate cost woulci, do well to peruse the advertisement already referred to.
