Received August 3, 7.35 a.m. PIETERMARITZBURG,jAugust 2. Hon. C. J. Hymthe, Premier, reports that ail is quiet at Natal. Tbe rebel prisoners are employed on publio works; others are paid small sums to work in the collieries. None are leaving the colony.
