M. Stolypin has informed Router's agent that the Czar, relying on the innate patriotism and oivio sense of the mass of the nation, has resolved to pursue a policy of strong handed reform.
g M. Stolypin described tho late Duma's manifesto as a pieoe of "opera bouffe." He was confident of the troops' devotion. The Czar bad no doubts regarding the future.
