WESTPORT, July 27,

Alfred Aroher, single, 30 yeers of age, while working on the iron bridge section of the Weatport Coal Company's Denuiston colliery, was killed, to-day, by a fall of coal. It is believed that he was pushing a truck before him, and that the truck fouled a prop, causing part of the roof to fall in. On the preceding day Archer's brother had beou injured in che same part of the miue, and he was unable to proueed to work to day, so Aroher was alone when the nooideut happened. J
