DISASTROUS FIRE.
TOWN IN RUSSIA ABLATE. , THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND PEOPLE; HOMELESS. ST. PETERSBURG, July 20. Tho.wfole town of Syzran, situated near the Volga, eighty miles south jof Simbir&k, in Eastern Russia, is ablaze. Thirty-six thousand people are homeless. Several hundred residents perished in the flames.
