McKeuzie. A severe Rale from the south is raying. The heaviest rain this winter has fallen. All stook has been removed from the river flats. The river is in high flood, and still rising. The ioad between Tinui and Whakataki is impassable, owing to a large slip on the Totara Cutting. The mailman was unable to go to Castlepoint.
