TRADE ALMOST PARALYSED.

Reoeived July 12, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, July 11. The Grooers' Federation has cabled to President Roosevelt, stating that the tinned meat trade is almost paralysed, and that it must stop stocking American coeds unless assured that they ate wholesome. President Roosevelt baa replied, stating that under the new law he can guarantee the fitness of all canned meats bearing the Government stamp.
