EGG-LAYING.
UTILITY POULTRY CLUB. ; , OHkISTOHUROH, July 2. The result foe the ninth week of the New Zealand Utility Poultry Club's Egg laying Competition, at Lincoln College, show that 603 eggs were laid during the week, making a total to date of 4,258. The highest totals for the week were:—J- Ashton's Silver Wyandottes 22, M. Blanche's Silver Wyandottes 22, W. MoKae Peacook's, White Wyandottes 21. The highest totals to date are:—-D. M. Peek's Black Orpington's 123, M. Blanche's Silver Wyandottes 120,. H. Pannell's Buff Leghorns 118.
