CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE DONE BY FLOODS. Reoeived July 2, 8.50 a.m. LONDON, June 2. An exceptionally severe tropioai downpour oooured in the Thames Valley, flooding the rivet. Over two, inches of rain feJl in two hours. Muoh damage has been done by floods in many of the districts. A*: one place it was found impossible to run a railway train.
