A STARTLING REPORT. DOCTORS ASSAULTED. POLICE RESTORE ORDER. Reoeived Jane 29, 8.31 a.m. - NEW YORK, Jane 28. An extraordinary panic ooourred injtwenty 'of the New York schools owing to the oiroulation of a report that the aootorn intended to cat the tunaila of thousands of foreign Jewish children in order to prevent their speaking anything except English. The parents rushed to the rescue, and maob rioting ensued. The doctors were assaulted while performing slight operations for adenoids. The polio© eventually restored order and closed the sohouls.
