SCOPE EXTENDED. Received June 27, a.m., NEW YORK, June 26. The Senate has extended the soope of the InterstatejJOommeroe Commission, and the enquiry is to include matters relating to the transportation and storage of grain. Evidence has been cited with the object of showing that the railroads favoured some elevator companies and discriminated against others to the detriment jf farmers.
