RECONCILIATION POSSIBLE.

The Czar gave an audience to M. Muromtzeff, President of the Duma, at Gatschina (a town, the private property of hia Majesty, twentyeight miles south of the capital). The interview was cordial, and it is considered that it foreshadows a reconciliation between the Court and the Duma. The explosion of two bombs wounded General Alikhanoff, exGovernor of Trans-Caucasia, at Kutais, and killed four persons.
