MANCHURIAN RAILWAYS.
Received May 29, 8.34 a.m. TOKIO, May 29. /dmirwl Togo, General Kuroki, and Marquis lto, are starting on a tour of inspection of Manchuria. It is believed the visit is connected with the Government's deoision to run the Manohurian railways themselves.
