Reoeived May 29, 8.b4 a.m. MADRID, May 28. The inhabitants of Badajoz were the first to congratulate Princess Eua on her arrival. They requested her to plead with King Alfonso to reprieve a criminal who is under sentenoe of death. Tbe King granted Princess Ena's request.
