The Natal Governmont baa declined the offer of Mr Abe Bailey, a Rand mllionaire, to raise five hundred mounted rifles in the Transvaal to assist in quelling the rising in Natal. REBELS CONCENTRATING. Reoeived May 24 8.20 a.m. PIETEBMAKITZBURG, May 23. The Mehlokazulu natives and other rebels have concentrated at Slazabazi Hill twelve miles from I&andhlwana whence they are raiding loyalists in the Sibiudi Valley. THE KRAALS OP MANGODI DESTROYED. Reoeived May 24, 11.16 p.m. PIETERMARITZBURG, May 24. Col'ouel Mackenzie's force, ascending the Mkala Mountain by precipitous Kaffir paths winding over hills and through dongas, destroyed the kraals of Mangodi, Bam baata's chief lieutenant. Many horses losing their foothold rolled down the steep slopes and were killed.
