PETERSBURG, May 21.,' A bomb exploded at St. Chartres, seriously wounding seven persons. IS FATHER GAPON ALIVE? Reoeived May 22, 8.20 a.m. PARIS, May 21. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the Figaro ; reports that / Father Gapon is living in the monastery. Another journalist saw a corpse which was buried at Oseriki the other day, and declares that it closely resembled but was not Father Gapon. THE CZAR AND THE DUMA. Received May 23, 12.47 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, May 22. The Czar has declined to receive Professor Muromtzeff (President) and the Vice-Presidents of the Duma. He has direoted that the address be forwarded through the usual channels, with nn explanatory memorandum. \ Though surprised ana angry, the Duma has resolved that, as only the substance of the address was impoitant and the manner of presentation was a matter of no consequence, to immediately proceed with the discuesion on the draft Agrarian Bill.
