SEVniN MEN DROWNED. Received May 20, 3.30 p.m. LONDON, May 19. A Brltlab torpedo boat, Number 56, capsized at Damietta; and seven men were drowned. Received May 20, 11.3 p.m. LONDON May 19. Torpedo boat Number 56 capsized while in tow of the cruiser Arrogant.
