The following have beeg appointed the Delimitation to settle th 9 question of the boundary of Tabab, whiuh gave rise, to the late trouble between Britain and Turkey: Captain R. C. Owen, Director of Intelligence for the Indian Government; Ibrahim Frethy Pasha Turkish Minister in Belgrade; Pasum Bey, and Shukai, an Egyptian.
