SALE OF IDEAL DAIRY FARM
♦ ■ Farmers and fsettlers generally should be interested in tbß sale of an ideal dairy and cropping farm whioh has been placed in Mr W. B. Obennells 1 hands to submit to publio auction oa\ Saturday, May 26th. The property referred to is that of Mr Eobert Campbell, on the Opaki, fnll particulars of whioh appear in another column. The farm, whioh consists of about 380 aures, is situated only a little over eight miles from Masterton, and includes 140 acres of fine river flats. Frorr these flats oropa of oats have repeatedly been taken, averaging 60 bushels to the acre, wheat 40 bushels aud potatoes up to 16 ton?. For several seasons past Mr Campbell has milked a herd cf between 30 and 40 cows, and supplier! the milk to the batter factory. The whole of the land is ploughable, and the buildings include everything necessary for an up-to-date farm. Mr Campbell huving deoided to follow pastoral pursuits has purchased a property in the Wanganui distriot, and in order to realise on his Opaki property promptly, he has plaaed a low reserve on it, and is prepared to extend easy terms to the purchaser, if required.
