The Burgbersdorp Stem, a po<v erful Cape Dutoh organ, deulares that Exeter Hall's influence with the Liberal Government would be more dangerous to South Africa than Lord Milner or Mr J. Chamberlain. It would be terribly dangerous if the Liberals conceded the franchise to the Transvaal and Orange River Colony natives.
