BRITAIN AND TURKEY.
Reoeived May 1, 9,21 a.m. LONDON, April 30. The Berlin correspondent of the Standard states that Mustafa Camel Pasba, the notorious Egyptian agitator, spent October at Berlin, and conferred with influential personages. He also wrote articles advising Germany not to allow Britain to undermine the Sultan's power in Africa, and subsequently visited Constantinople, where he conferred with the officials.
