MAY DAY DISTURBANCES FEARED. Reoeived April 27, 9.17 a.m. PARIS, April 26. Fearing May-day disturbances in Paris, tbe garrison has been increased to fifty thousand men, and tbe polioe bave been strengthened by thirty thousand. M. Clemenceau, Minister of the Interior, informed a Labour deputation that be meant to maintain order.
