BARGAINS IN LAND.
Messrs Mackay and Wishaw, land and stock agents, of Peilding, who opened a branch office in Perry Street, Masterton, a few weeks ago, adveitise particulars of a few properties that have been placed in their hands for sale. The local representatives of the firm are Messrs A. K. Greenfield and 0. C. Ross, who have a thorough knowledge of the district, and are in a position the supply the fullest information regarding the properties tney have for sale. They have over 2,000 pro perties on their lists to choose from, including dairy and sheop farms, businesses, and town sections generally. At the present time rhe firm are advertising some exceptionally oheap bargains in sections situated at Kent Terrace, Wellington, while an eleven-ioomed house, situated in Linooln Road, and a six-roomed one, in Villa Street, are both quoted at cheap prices. The lease of the well known Metropolitan Hotel, in Auckland, is also advertised for sale, and the firm will be pleased to supply the fullest information concerning it, on application.
