And that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 30ih day of June and 31st day of December in each and every year during the currency of Buch loan, being a period of 20 years and 9 months, or until the loan is fully paid off. 2, That for the purpose of prbviding the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £0,147, authorised to be raised by the Masterton Borough Council, under the above mentioned Act, for street im proyements, bridges, culveits, and urgent works, grading Mill stream, culverts, piping and extension of watermains for lire extinguishing purposes and installation of electric fire alarms, the said Masterton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 5-19ths of a penny in the £ upon the rateable value (unimproved) of all the rateable property ot the Borough of Masterton, as the same is described in Part I. heieof, and that smh special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during she currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 30th day of June and the 31st day of Decemler in each and every year during tfae currency of such loan, being a period of 20 years and 9 months, or until the loan is fully paid oil. 3. That for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund and other charges on a loan of £4,000, authorised to be raised by the Masterton Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for gas works extension, the said Masterton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1-Gth of a penny in the £ upon the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property of the Borough of Masterton, as the same is described in part 1 hereof, and that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half yearly on the 30th day of June and the -Blst day _ of December in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years and nine months, or until the loan is iully paid off. 7. That for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £1,700, authorised to be raised by the Masterton Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for road machinery, the said Masterton Borough Council hereby makes and levits a special rate of 7-96 th of a penny in the £ upon the rateable value (unimproved) of nil rateable property of the Borough of Masterton, as the same is described in part 1 hereof, and that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the Currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 30th day of June and the 31st day of December in eacji and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years and nine months, or until the loan is fully paid off.
