it special rate of 2-17ths of a penny in the ii upon the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property of the Borough of Masterton as the same is described in part 1 hereof, and that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 3 'th day of June and the 31st day of December in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 20 years and 9 months or until the loan is fully paid off. 5. That for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund and other charges on a loan of £I,OOO authorised to be raised by the Masterton Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for public baths and park, the said Masterton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of l-24th of a penny in the £ upon the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property of the borough of Masterton as the same is described in part 1 hereof, and that such special rate shall bo an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 30th day of June and the 31st day of December in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 20 years and 9 month's, or until the loin is fully paid off. 6. That for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund and other charges on a loan of £4,000, authorised to be raised by the Masterton Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for gas works extension, the said Masterton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of l-6th of a penny in the £ upon the rateable value (unimproved) of all rateable property of the Borough of Masterton, ag the sorno is described in pai 11 hereof, and that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be pajable half-yearly on the 80th day of June and the 31st day of December in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years and nine months, or until the' loan is iully paid off. 7. That for the purpese of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £1,700, authorised to be raised by the Masterton Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for road machinery, the said Masterton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 7-96 th of a penny in the £ upon the rateuble value (unimproved) o! all rateable property of the Borough of Masterton, as the same is described in part 1 hereof, and taat such (special rate shall be an annual, recurring rate during the currency of such • loan, and payable' half-yearly on the 30th day of june and the 31st day of Be-, cernber in each and every year during the currency of such lo&n,- being a period of twenty years and nine months, or until the loan is fully paid off.
