'J hat for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £6,147, authorised to be raised by the Masterton Borough Council, under the above mentioned Act, for street im provements, bridges, culverts, and urgent works, grading Mill stream, oulverts, piping and extension of watermains for fire extinguishing purposes and installation of electric fire alarms, the said Masterton Borough' Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 5-19ths of a penny in the j8 upon the rateable value (unimproved) of all the rateable property ot the Borough of Masterton, as the sani j is described in Part I. heieof, and that su ih special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of suoh loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 30th day or June and the 31st day of December in each and every year during the currenoy of such loan, being a period of 20 years and 9 months, or until the loan is fully paid off. 3. That for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and oilier charges on a loan of £4,111, authorised to be raised by the Masterton Borough Council, under the above mentioned Act, for street and road construction and improvements, the said Masterton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 11-14tha of a penny in the £ upon the rateable value (unimproved) of all the rateable property of the Borough of Masterton, as the sams is deßoribed in Part I. hereof, and that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 30th day of June and the 31st day of December in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 20 years and 9 months, or until the loan is fully paid off. 4. That for the purpose of providing the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £2,850 authorised to be raised by the Maßterton Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for street widening and extensions, the said Masterton Bbrough Council bsreby makes aad leyies
